Job Description

We are excited to be supporting a great charity who provide specialist psychological therapy to help asylum seekers and refugees rebuild their lives within the UK. This fantastic humanitarian charity is recruiting a Trust Fundraising Manager to secure long-term growth from Trusts in line with the wider Trust and Statutory Team’s objectives.

This post will focus on low to medium value Trust funding in the 4-5 figure income band. The postholder will develop strategy and plans to manage effectively this category of funding, review prospecting approaches, set and agree KPI's and achieve agreed annual income targets by managing a consistent output of applications that build a pipeline of Trust income from existing and new funder's. S/he will be required to personally manage a portfolio of relationships with Trusts and ensure the team are delivering high quality stewarding to existing donors.  The role will be responsible for fundraising for all areas of services provided by this charity, working with their London and regional centres.

You will have a proven track record in managing a Trust fundraising function, of developing strategy and plans to support income growth.  You will also have line management experience and strong relationship management skills.  Experience of developing successful applications to a range of Trust funder's and management of funding relationships is essential as is excellent knowledge of UK Trusts and Foundations and their funding motivations.

Salary: £35,751
