About Us

ACH (Ashley Community Housing) is a social enterprise that provides a range of integration and support services for refugees. During the past ten years, we’ve grown from a small-scale housing organisation to a leading provider of integration, employment and housing services for refugees and newly arrived communities in the UK. 

Through our training subsidiary, Himilo Training, we are successfully expanding our services to deliver training, development and employment opportunities to the broader communities in which we operate.

We are currently looking for a Curriculum Developer to join Himilo Training to oversee and develop training programmes.

The Role

As the Curriculum Manager, you will manage the design and delivery of a range of work based training courses throughout the Bristol area.

Managing our Delivery Team, you will have the autonomy to decide the direction and delivery of our training, with control over budgets and training materials.

This role will also involve:

- Observing staff to ensure quality
- Ensuring the team achieve optimal performance and targets
- Identifying the learning outcomes for new and existing courses
- Designing and producing effective training and e-learning materials
- Producing monthly reports incorporating planned and actual results
- Ensuring data accuracy is maintained on CRM systems
- Identifying new trends and learner needs

About You

To join us as a Curriculum Manager, you will need:

- Prior experience of designing and delivering training
- Previous experience of account management for work based learning
- Experience and knowledge of developing a wide range of learners
- Experience of Ofsted and Matrix inspections and standards
- A full, valid driving licence
