Through our subsidiary Himilo Training, our employment work aims to deliver real long-term impact to our service users by providing them with everything they need for successful employment. We also aim to effectively develop ‘softer’ characteristics such as motivation, focus, ambition and confidence.

We’re currently looking for an HR Manager to join our friendly team in Birmingham and oversee our HR activities.

The Benefits

- Salary of circa £30,000 per annum
- Paid company sick leave

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the culture of an organisation that is challenging the stereotypes that refugees face and helping them to become part of an inclusive society.

Our vision is for all refugees coming to the UK to be successfully integrated into our society. To achieve this, we need to attract and retain the best, which is why our HR function is integral to our ongoing success.

You’ll have the chance to work with senior figures in our organisation to ensure that people remain at the heart of everything we do and our employees feel valued and recognised.

So, if you think you could thrive as part of a growing business with big ambitions, we want to hear from you.
