My client is looking for an experienced Assistant Housing Officer to work in one of their busy Birmingham based office. This is a temp on-going role
As the Assistant Housing Officer you will be covering a range of duties, some of those are;
To investigate and respond to complaints of ASB from customers, neighbourhood Police teams, Elected Members, Housing Providers and other internal and external sources.
Create and maintain case files, documents and IT systems (SAP-CRM, Northgate) in the monitoring and analysis of cases.
Assess ASB incidents to determine and deliver appropriate actions and interventions in accordance with policies and procedures including referrals.
Effectively manage customer expectations, offering advice and guidance on the full range of actions, assistance and services the council can provide.
Actively promoting council programmes and develop working partnerships with other service areas, Police and other agencies in resolving ASB cases and neighbourhood issues.
This role will require you to work Monday to Friday and working hours will be 9am until 5pm.
Carry out Home and Office Visits.
