Ataxia UK is seeking an exceptional Fundraising Admin Intern to provide support across the breadth of our fundraising work. The role will offer the opportunity to gain valuable experience of working within the charity sector and, more specifically, a fundraising department. You’ll gain experience and knowledge across a broad range of fundraising activities including direct mail, challenge events, community and online fundraising.
It is an exciting time to join Ataxia UK as we embark on a new Fundraising Strategy that aims to double the voluntary income of the charity over the next five years.
The candidate may occasionally be required to travel and work at weekends, however the charity encourages flexible working and any out-of-hours work can be recouped through time off in lieu. Six of our last interns have either gained full time employment within the charity sector, or successfully re-entered Higher Education. We ask for at least six months commitment to the role, which has the potential to be extended to 12.
Please submit a covering letter, stating how you meet the personal specification and any relevant work experience you might have, along with an up-to-date CV via the Charity Jobs website or to the email contained within the JD.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
