At BACKUP North West, we believe no young person should experience homelessness. For the young people that do, Backup aims to be an outstanding provider of high quality, holistic housing and support services. We want to find the right person to help us see our vision.
We are looking for someone to manage one of our projects - Project Front Door. What is needed right now is an experienced manager able to hit the ground running and manage this service with a specific brief. That brief is to a) improve outcomes for young people using the service b) improve young people’s experience of it, their customer journey and c) support the team, as individuals and a collective to improve and excel in their delivery of the service.
Project Front Door aims to provide intensive daily support to homeless 16-25 year olds who are not ready or able to live independently and need to learn the life skills to prepare them for move on.
