Badenoch + Clark Housing & Third Sector recruitment team have been engaged to find a driven and committed leader to join a reputable Care & Support provider.As Service Development Manager your role will consist of leading a team to accelerate business improvement activities across a registered charity covering project management, business development and quality & compliance. Key duties for the role will include:*Leading on departmental and organisational projects developing and implementing service improvements across Care and Support Services*Managing the development of new services and lead on the fee and contract negotiations with local authorities*Leading on the mobilisation of new contracts*Taking ownership for the de-commissioning of services/contracts as required *Participating in cross-organisational projects seeking to deliver benefits to tenants and customers, drive efficiencies and improve the quality of our offering.The ideal candidate for the role will hold: *Experience of managing and influencing commissioners and other senior stakeholders to produce positive results*Evidence of success in the introduction of new processes and systems alongside managing change.*Understanding and knowledge of CQC regulations and their application in operational services ensuring compliance. *Project Management experience including the development of tender bids and mobilising new service provision*Please note that the role will involve multi-site travel, so a car user for business use is essential.Badenoch & Clark Badenoch & Clark specialise in senior to exec level recruitment across corporate services, asset management & housing development, sales & marketing and care and support roles.
