Job description

The role of the Operations Director, Health and Community Development, is to work in partnership with key statutory, voluntary and community organisations to develop services that help to improve our service users mental and physical health. 

The Operations Director is an experienced and inspirational leader, who will be accountable to the CEO of Barca-Leeds and will be responsible for Health and Community Development.  The post will be expected to manage day to day operations within their remit to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. 

It is the Operations Director's role to protect and develop the strong culture and ethos of Barca-Leeds ensuring that we remain community based across the city keeping service users at the centre of all we do.  With the senior management team, the post holder will continue to ensure that our services are integrated to enable better outcomes whilst managing growth in relation to the capacity.  The post holder must have the ability to work in partnership, enhance existing and develop new relationships and business including new income streams.  All members of our SMT are expected to contribute towards our aspiration to be an employer of choice.
