Job description
Location - Home Based with the requirement to travel to attend meetings and training as required within the Suffolk area and Central England region.

Hours - 36.25 per week, flexibility around working patterns can be discussed with the successful candidate, but there will be a requirement to work on a Tuesday.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of a new team integral to the transformation of the emotional wellbeing and neuro developmental and behaviours that challenge offer (NDD) for the children and young people of Suffolk.

We are looking for an ambitious, innovative individual, who will support the co-ordination function, part of the neuro developmental offer that will hold and provide help and support and signpost to the services that are available, guiding families through pathways.

Your role will be to support the Coordinator with the coordination of Triage Panels and all administration tasks involved in this process, including diary management, minute taking and general administrative and financial tasks. This role will also include line managing an Administration Assistant and potentially volunteers in due course, therefore previous experience of formal supervision of staff including undertaking 1-2-1's, performance management and training and induction would be advantaegous.

The successful candidate will have:


* Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills at a level which will enable post holder to perform moderately difficult calculations and produce reports.


* Proven substantial office experience.
* Proven substantial experience of using IT packages including word processing, spread sheets, databases, Windows applications.
* Experience of operating financial systems including petty cash, budget monitoring and control.
* Experience of dealing with members of the public and other agencies.
