Job description

We are looking for a Academy Operations & Business Development Manager to be responsible for leading specified areas of Battersea Academy operations and administration; you will maintain excellent end to end customer service, implementing the Academy’s customer service processes and acting as Lead Facilitator for a portion of the programmes. You will ensure that delegates remain engaged with the Academy and its mission throughout all stages of their journey, from enrolment through to alumni, engaging with and moderating the Academy community of practice.

Working with colleagues across Battersea, the Academy Business Development and Operations Manager will ensure that the Academy marketing and communication strategy is fully implemented. You will develop compelling impact stories and maintain the Academy website

The Academy Business Development and Operations Manager will perform a key role in supporting business development and new product development of the Academy, ensuring that we reach the right organisations and undertaking market research as required. You will identify opportunities for the Academy team to attend and present at international conferences and to deliver in-country training.
