Job description

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Innovation & Products to ensure that we provide a clear new and existing innovation strategy in which supporter evidenced based decision making and drives fundraising growth alongside growing our fundraising marketing products such as Do Your Own Thing and In Celebration fundraising.

Our Fundraising Team

As part of a transformational growth strategy the Battersea has invested heavily in a new fundraising team and activities, increasing income more than tenfold since 2010. 

As part of a new fundraising strategy our aim is to generate £26.8m gross income in 2020 and we have ambitious plans in place to facilitate this growth. A key part of this delivery will be dependent using innovation and fundraising product programme to drive fundraising income. 

The Senior Fundraising Innovation Manager is a critical new role within the Fundraising Team and working across the department. We now have had a dedicated resource to drive the innovation programme forward, embed digital strategies into fundraising team’s plans and encourage the use of smart data analysis & insight to grow both existing and new product development. This role will also support the growth and development of our fundraising product programme. It is a pivotal role which will help guarantee the future success of our fundraising.

This role requires an experienced and inspirational leader to manage and motivate the team which consists of both innovation and fundraising product managers.
