As part of a transformational growth strategy the Battersea Cats & Dogs Home (BDCH) has invested heavily in a new fundraising team and activities, increasing income more than tenfold since 2010.
As part of a new fundraising strategy our aim is to generate £30.6m by 2020 and we have ambitious plans in place to facilitate this growth. A key part of this delivery will be dependent on the outstanding use of supporter care; data insight, digital technologies, and innovation to drive fundraising income.
The Senior Support & Innovation Manager is a critical new role within the Public Fundraising Team and working across the Fundraising Department. For the first time we will now have had a dedicated resource to drive the innovation programme forward, embed digital strategies into fundraising team’s plans and encourage the use of smart data analysis & insight to inform future fundraising strategy. It is a pivotal role which will help guarantee the future success of our fundraising.
This role requires an experienced and inspirational leader to manage and motivate a team of 12 staff (with three experienced managers as direct reports) which consists of Digital, Innovation, Database Services & Supporter Services functions.
