Details about this role(s)

Beacon are recruiting for several salaried counsellor roles to deliver appointments within Beacon’s Private Practise and EAP services. Demand for both remains exceptionally high and Beacon is adding to its team of experienced counsellors in order to meet this demand.


We will require the counsellor within these role(s) to be flexible in their approach to work both remotely and onsite, including the delivery of onsite evening appointments at Beacon House.

Pay                   £26,000 per year (pro rata)

Hours               Several posts are available of 11, 16 and 21 hours per week which includes appointment time as well as admin, supervision and meeting times

Times               Work arrangements includes at least 1 evening a week (finishing at 21:00) flexibility with days worked is available

Venue                  Beacon House, 52 Middle Hillgate, Stockport, SK1 3DL

Pension               Automatic enrolment scheme with 3% employer contribution

Holiday entitlement             23 days plus 8 bank holidays per year pro rata (includes Christmas closure)

Contract                 Permanent (subject to references, satisfactory DBS check, and probationary period)
