Recruitment for an Adult Services Manager
Beacon is a growing, ambitious charity and as part of this growth, we are adding to our management team with the new role of Adult Services Manager. We are looking for a person driven by values to make a difference in society. You will join our great team of therapists, clinical supervisors, administrative staff, and management.
Beacon Counselling is a registered charity and exists to improve the lives of adults, young people, and children affected by mental and emotional distress. To achieve this we provide counselling and related services that make a big impact.
This is the ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys managing services to a high standard, developing services and people to their full potential, and has an eye for new opportunities. Joining an organisation of 50 mainly part-time staff and 30 volunteers, you will have experience of increasing the value of services or products, managing people, and working knowledge of data protection and IT. Above all, you will have a passion for providing the best outcomes for clients and the importance of mental well-being and resilience for all.
You will become part of our leadership team of 5 staff, led by the Chief Executive.
Hours 37.5 per week
Contract Permanent (after satisfactory completion of probationary period)
Salary £30,000 per annum
Holidays 23 days per year (includes Christmas shutdown and rising a day per year to 28 days) plus public holidays
