Job description

The Service Delivery & Training Manager has responsibility for the day to day management of Ben’s Corporate and industry offerings and will play a key part in the development and growth of the department.

They will over see a team of associates, who deliver our training services nationally and Produce training and develop products that meet the needs of a dynamic, fast paced industry. They will be an SME within health & wellbeing and be able to share this knowledge with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day to day communications with all key relationships, especially focusing on external partners (employers).
  • Arranging the logistics of services and training with automotive partners and booking trainers in a timely manner.
  • During training or service, be readily available to solve any issues that might occur.
  • Post-training or service: complete a call to gather feedback with partners (employers) and associate trainers.
  • Retention of all associates by providing regular updates on progress and maintaining a positive relationship.
  • To scope new products and services that can be offered through Ben4Business by reviewing communications with partners, feedback gained through training and services, publicly available reports/papers, attending relevant conferences and reviewing Ben’s industry report.
  • Develop content for training that is engaging and current. It should be timely and match with national and industry specific pressures.
  • Be a SME within the organisation and work with the Marketing team to ensure a stock of content that can be drawn upon when required.
  • To keep abreast of best practice within the health and wellbeing sector.  
  • Maintain quality assurance and compliance.
  • Contribute to influencing the future direction and vision for BenTraining products and services.
  • Keeping up to date with evidence-based practice and guidance to support product development and consultation with partners (employers).
  • Attending external events for professional development and attending possible speaking opportunities.
  • Produce analytical data on a quarterly bases and present to SLT.
  • Finance & Budget (as applicable)
  • Raise sales invoices for products and services and chase late payment.
  • Manage purchase order system to process and pay invoices.
