The Role

As our next Administrator, you will join our managed services provision and play a pivotal role in helping our clients to manage their employee volunteering, matching and giving programmes.

Specifically, you will provide a variety of support services to ensure that programmes run smoothly and clients, employees and the charities they support can work together harmoniously.

Supporting Client Success Managers and Team Leads in building excellent client relationships, you will also:

- Field client requests quickly and competently
- Manage multiple projects at once
- Review and update priorities to ensure all activities are covered
- Deliver on promises that form the basis of relationships
- Maintain personal high standards and complete tasks and projects in accordance with these standards
- Work as part of a team, receiving support and providing assistance when needed
- Making on-site client visits as required

About You
