Fundraising, Marketing and Communications Director
Salary:
£44,000 (pro rata) per annum (FTE £55,000)
Contract:  Permanent, part-time (28 hours per week)
Based:  The Lodge, Littlemore, Oxford and homeworking

We are looking for a dynamic new Director to drive a step change in our fundraising potential and bring about transformational and engaging communications and campaigns that shine a light on the nature and climate crisis.

You will work with a dedicated team of professionals and partners to bring our new strategy for achieving 30% more nature by 2030 to life. This is an exciting time to be joining our charity, the post pandemic horizon and the UK’s exit from the EU means we have to fight even harder for environmental justice. The Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing over 80 nature reserves, influencing land management and educating and encouraging all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife.
