Join our training team and help us deliver our new and innovative partnership service, Mindful Resilience.
Mindful Resilience is a new and exciting, partnership initiative which will enable professionals working in health and social care networks to engage in sector leading training to raise awareness of the health risks associated with gambling/ gaming harm, digital addiction and unhealthy online behaviour.
We are seeking a candidate to provide operational management to the training team as well as support the strategic activities of the programme. An individual who has experience of leading on the development, delivery and evaluation of co-produced training programmes for customers within the health or addiction sectors. will be ideally suited to this role.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of using services or working with health professionals and be committed to improving health care practice through continuing professional development and training. They will have experience of managing and coordinating a team of trainers or health care workers and a passion for learning and development that is co-produced and informed by lived experience.
