Job description

Beyond the Streets is a small charity with a big determination to see routes out for women selling sex in the UK. Our work is growing, and we are looking to recruit a Training Manager to implement the charity’s strategy. This role is a new one in our Impact team; both strategic and creative, delivering training and recruiting Associate Trainers. This role will focus on implementing the organisation’s strategy; enabling Beyond the Streets to increase its impact and ensure that excellence is at the heart of our delivery.

You will be a champion of the cause, have a passion for supporting women who face multiple disadvantage, and be familiar with a Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) perspective. You will have a wide range of experience in training. You will have great interpersonal skills and be able to deliver both face to face and online content in an interactive and inspirational way. We are looking for someone with energy, motivation, skills, and experience; someone who can understand the big picture and can deliver to deadlines.
