Bikeworks is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. The role will work in collaboration with our new Programmes Manager, Finance Manager and Head of Business Development, under guidance from the CEO, as a member of the Senior Management Team. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of our established commercial activities from the Bikeworks overall offer. You will be responsible for maintaining good relationships and communication with external stakeholders, while optimising processes that focus on the quality, efficiency and value for money of our delivery as a social enterprise, balancing at all times our social, environmental and financial bottom line. The role also has responsibility for ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented, updated and adhered to.
In alignment with the Programmes Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for the strengthening of our ‘eco-system’ of projects and activities, making sure each element works together to achieve our mission by promoting internal joined-up thinking and approaches. You will lead on the development of staff, freelancers and volunteers to achieve contractual outputs and outcomes, at a time when Bikeworks is scaling and has diversified its delivery model.
