Our Operations Manager is leaving Birthrights to have a baby in May so we are looking for a new team member to take on this valuable role over the course of her 12 month maternity leave. We are looking for an highly-organised and experienced operations professional, who is passionate about human rights in maternity care and able to provide exceptional support to the team and Trustees. You will be confident with finances, budgets and line management, with a flexible approach to prioritising a varied and busy workload.

During the 12 month contract, you will work closely with the Chief Executive, SLT, Treasurer, Secretary and partners to develop and deliver this strategic priority. You will need to be a strong team player who can build relationships and establish credibility both internally and externally, and a self-starter able to progress work independently.
