Our services in London and the South have been established for 55 years and provide support to people that use drugs and alcohol, their families and loved ones. Area Managers work closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to plan, develop and deliver organisational priorities, and provide a key leadership function across the wider organisation.
We are looking for an Area Manager with a proven track record of leadership and service development to join our leadership team based in London and the South.
You will be a skilled problem solver, able to work through complex and unexpected operational challenges and find win-win solutions. Experienced at managing conflicting priorities, you will also be committed to providing excellent services to our beneficiaries and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing a number and range of services across London, ensuring strong partnership relationships are formed and maintained and working with managers and teams to provide excellent evidence-based services which meet the needs of service users, commissioners, partners and funding bodies.
