Accounts Administrator

12 months Fixed Term Contract

Location: HOMEBASED

Salary: Up to £27,000 (regional pay applies)

Hours: 35 hours per week

The Finance team are looking for an experienced, highly numerate and organised Accounts Administrator to support them in undertaking finance tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Reporting to the Financial Controller/ Business Accountant, you will be the first point of contact for liaison with the business on trading account issues, assisting with the maintenance of stock reconciliations.

The successful applicant will be requiring relevant working experience and/or courses, proficient in Office 365, be an intermediate Excel user and have excellent data processing skills. With advanced MS Office skills, and knowledge of financial management systems, ideally, Access Dimensions, you will be responsible for raising and entering sales invoices.
