Blind Veterans UK helps vision-impaired ex-Service men and women of every generation rebuild their lives after sight loss. Since 1915, we’ve provided rehabilitation, training, practical advice and emotional support to tens of thousands of blind veterans.
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our friendly care management team to help ensure the best possible care is provided to our members.
As Operational Care Lead, you will manage the operational and logistical needs of our Care Department through the effective management of staff and resources. You will be responsible for managing people management issues within the team and monitoring staff training. You will also be required to ensure that all operational requirements of the care floors are met to ensure the best possible care is provided to our members.

Previous care home CQC experience preferred but not essential
This position will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
