The Engagement Department at Blind Veterans UK is looking for a collaborative and committed candidate with excellent marketing skills who is able to lead a team to achieve or surpass our marketing targets.
Working as a key member of the Engagement Department, the role will require you to:
Lead and manage a community marketing team to achieve marketing and communication targets in communities across the country
Alongside our brand and marketing team, increase awareness, understanding and consideration among target audiences
Work with operational and marketing colleagues to develop and implement integrated marketing and communication plans that engage members, volunteers and supporters at a local level.
Work with senior managers in the community and event fundraising team (and other fundraising teams) to heighten awareness of the organisations need for financial support
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of leading and managing marketing and communications teams, be a problem solver and will have experience of building effective relationships internally and externally.
