Job description

Over the next three years Bloodwise plan to significantly increase the number of people we reach, and improving our digital channels will be crucial for achieving this. We are looking for a Head of Digital who can build a team to deliver this improvement.

You will oversee the development and then continual improvement of a new website that will be an important organisational income stream and give people health information and support services. You will also implement a digital marketing programme; and champion digital as a driver of organisational change. You will put users at the heart of our digital work in a way that helps improve how we fundraise and deliver information and support services.

You will have excellent knowledge of digital best practice, a collaborative approach, and a track record of delivering change at pace. You will be a strong and inspiring leader, as the role will involve recruiting a team of four and then establishing them as a high-performing team.
