Following a period of transition our new CEO joined in September 2017 and together we have begun the process of exploring the culture and operational approaches that we will need to deliver our strategic objectives.
To create the necessary platform to drive and sustain this transformation we have brought together our Data & CRM, HR & OD, ICT and Continuous Improvement Teams under a new Organisational Effectiveness Directorate. The Director of Organisational Effectiveness joined Bloodwise at the end of March 2018 and we are seeking an exceptional candidate to lead the HR and OD team as our Head of HR & OD.
This challenging role requires someone who will be able to influence, negotiate and challenge positively and effectively; building excellent relationships at all levels and bringing colleagues with them through the process of change.
We are seeking a highly experienced HR / OD professional who is able to operate at a strategic and operational level to deliver a highly performing HR service that is aligned to the business. Experience of leading successful teams and managing organisational change is essential. The successful candidate will have a pragmatic approach, understand the importance of culture in driving and sustaining performance and have a superior attention to detail.
