We’re looking for a brilliant, inspiring and strong leader to manage our friendly, tight-knit team of talented creatives, including writers, editors, designers and web specialists. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you’ll oversee the creation of an incredible range of high-quality outputs. You’ll use your skill and experience to bring the best out of the team, guiding and inspiring them to craft compelling stories and powerful content, showing God’s transformative work through BMS projects worldwide. You’ll use your own proven skill in writing and editing to produce expert level content.
You’ll also be the top authority on BMS brand and messaging, shaping how BMS presents itself, and engaging existing and new audiences. You’ll be essential to weaving BMS’ new 5-year strategy into projects, working with other leaders to visualise exciting new potential and to forge a successful path forward for the Communications Department. When events take place, you’ll be the one to decide messaging and content, getting the tone just right.

Location : Didcot, Oxfordshire (currently remote)
Hours : 35 hrs per week / full time
Salary range : £35,812 to £40,199
