The CRM (customer relationship management) database is a vital tool of our organisation and this role plays a key part in its smooth running. The role is responsible for maintaining the CRM database records and providing excellent supporter care.
This role involves answering phone calls, processing emails and letters and doing everything you can to keep the database as accurate as possible. This role will also involve projects to improve the quality of information stored on our database.
The person in this role needs to have an excellent telephone manner and maintain good relationships with our supporters and church role holders.
As part of the Operations and Resources team, you will support the department with helping with mailing lists and reports from the database.

Location: Homebased/Didcot, Oxfordshire
Hours: 21 hours per week (part time)
Salary range: £19,560.00 to 23,662.00 (pro-rata for part time)
Contract: Fixed term contract (one year)

Most of our staff are currently working from home, and it is not yet known when we will return to office working. We are open to requests for flexible working.
