Could you use your gifts of project and people management to ensure that top quality resources reach the doors of our supporters on time and on budget? Can you bring order to complicated thinking and processes, and support your team to do the same?

We’re looking for a Team Leader who will guide our Operations and Resources team. You’ll be essential to ensuring the team provide the Communications and Funding department with the project management and infrastructure they need to produce resources which inspire and engage our supporters.

This varied, challenging and rewarding role needs someone with superb people and organisational skills. You’ll be approachable, building rapport with colleagues, external partners, and service providers. You won’t shy away from asking the difficult questions which keep us on track. Just like us, you’ll be driven by sharing our vision for a world made better through knowing Christ.

The successful applicant will be a committed Christian. The nature of this role means that this is a specific occupational requirement. Staff are currently working a combination of home and office work. We are very open to consider flexible working arrangements.
