Job description

This is an exciting new role, to co-ordinate and support Boingboing’s commissioned and partnership delivery through effective project co-ordination and support. A secondary purpose is to support colleagues in maintaining our media presence. Like all our roles the job will involve co-production activities with young people, carers, parents and families, academics, and practitioners. The role will require: 

  • Providing a project co-ordination function for our commissioned projects, including co-ordinating meetings, record keeping and inputting and basic analysis of monitoring data, monitoring timescales, and assisting with reporting to funders  

  • Working alongside young people, parents and other community members, academics and practitioners as required in all aspects of the role  

  • Helping colleagues as required to communicate the work of Boingboing to a range of audiences including young people, parents and other community members, practitioners, academics, policy makers and commissioners 

  • Working with colleagues as required to translate research findings and theory into accessible and digestible language and formats for wider benefit  

  • Working with colleagues as required to develop and design digital outputs, for example on-line resource material, films etc. This may involve occasional liaising with designers and outsourced digital experts regarding output development
