Job description

We are looking for one or more new trustees to join our governing board. The board is instrumental in setting the strategic direction of the Bone Cancer Research Trust and ensure that the charity meets its objectives. We have a bold strategy to promote and fund innovative and pioneering research, raise awareness, provide information and support primary bone cancer sufferers and their families. If you think you would strengthen our board and could play a leading role in the development of our charity, we would like to hear from you. All applications are welcome, however, we are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in one or more of the following:

  • HR
  • Physiotherapy
  • Nursing
  • Research

Application process

Please submit your CV and covering letter addressed to Andy Lewis, Chairman of the board. Within your covering letter please pay particular attention to outlining your motivations for becoming a trustee and how you feel your skills and experience can help the charity.

Closing date: 31st December 2019.

Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed during January 2020.
