We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee, co-ordinate and deliver a range of projects and duties associated with the council’s transition from the Borough Council of Wellingborough to North Northamptonshire Council. Your involvement in our journey will be critical to us and the new authority.
Reporting to the Assistant Director responsible for local government reform, this role will work with the senior management team and colleagues across the council and beyond to ensure our transition to the new council is seamless.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
You will be the focal point for co-ordinating and feeding the council’s data and information to the county wide programme team, as well as supporting the senior management team in their involvement in the programme and associated work streams. Your ability to create strong working relationships will be vital!
Project Manager Requirements:
You will have the ability to work independently and possess strong time and project management skills. These will be alongside your excellent literacy skills for producing and presenting reports appropriate to varying audiences.
