In this key role you’ll play an important part in developing our individual giving programme and raising vital income to stop people dying of bowel cancer.

We support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.

The Individual Giving team is responsible for recruiting, retaining and cultivating relationships with donors including one-off and regular donors, in memory donors and legacy supporters. The Individual Giving Officer will plan, develop and manage direct marketing campaigns, use a range of digital and offline fundraising techniques to raise vital income and steward donors. You will have the opportunity to develop new products and feed into the individual giving strategy.
You’ll work across a variety of campaigns for retention, development and acquisition and via a range of channels. The role will be different every day and you’ll have the opportunity to use a range of different skills including copy writing, data analysis and strategic thinking.
