As a member of our Company Management Team you will manage and co-ordinate our business, office and financial systems. You will ensure compliance with all statutory requirements as a company limited by guarantee and as a registered charity. You also fulfil the role of Company Secretary.
Key Tasks of the post:
- To lead and be responsible for the effective operation of the Breakthrough business systems and office environment
- To Administer and Manage Business and Financial systems
- To ensure compliance with all statutory requirements as a company limited by guarantee and as a registered charity
- To fulfil the role of Company Secretary
You do not have to have had experience in all these areas – we need someone who has the enthusiasm and confidence to learn new skills and make this new role their own.

We are looking for a confident individual who has excellent organisational skills and wants to step up into a role in which they can develop and grow.
You will have the following qualities:
- Experienced in an office management / administration or a financial role
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
- Analytical skills and business acumen in financial management
You will have experience and confidence of using a computerised accounting system or database
Excellent multitasker and organiser with resilience and ability to manage time effectively while working in a fast-paced, challenging environment and deal with complex and confidential issues.
Resourceful and proactive, with skill to work accurately and meet strict deadlines.
