About the role
This role will work within the central part of the community team which focus on planning and delivering activity for the hugely exciting mass DIY and £1,000 Challenge programmes. This role will work alongside the Community Fundraising Products Manager and Officer by supporting with the design and execution of the supporter thanking, stewardship and marketing materials to deliver an excellent supporter experience.
You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, with a keen interest in the design of a fundraising product to help reach and engage supporters. The role requires excellent organisation and time management skills, plus a real interest in and passion for supporters and making the best of the journey the charity takes them on.
We are looking for a friendly, organised and personable individual with a keen interest in supporter care and flair for design and marketing of a mass stewardship programme.
With an understanding of product fundraising, excellent multi-tasking skills, a great attention to detail and a helpful and collaborative manner, this is an excellent opportunity to get into the exciting world of Product Fundraising.
