About the role
The Senior Supporter Care Manager is a vital role leading the new Supporter Care and Compliance team for Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now.
As part of the Fundraising and Partnerships department, the Supporter Care and Compliance team will be focussed on creating an excellent experience for those who support our work and ensuring all fundraising activity is fully compliant.
Having responsibility for a team of 10, you will lead the team to make sure all supporter enquiries receive rapid and considerate responses, drive significant process change and work to drastically improve our batching and banking work, while always having supporter experience at the heart of everything you do.
You will have great understanding, interest, and knowledge on how to create excellent customer experiences for fundraising supporters.
With a strategic mindset, great enthusiasm for response handling, and a clear eye to the detail of processes, you will define new ways of working and make a step change in our supporter care.
You are experienced and confident in dealing with major suppliers and significant budgets, with excellent communication skills, negotiating and driving savings while maintaining strong relationships with key partner suppliers and regulators.
As you will manage managers and a significant team, you should have extensive experience in supporting and motivating teams, and successfully leading complex projects to completion.
