United, we can carry out even more world-class research, provide even more life-changing support and campaign even more effectively for better services and care.
By bringing together our passion, energy, expertise, funds and networks, we will make greater progress in more effective ways to make sure that, by 2050, everyone who develops breast cancer will live and receive the support they need to live well.
The Community Fundraising Executive role will be expected to deliver excellent, personalised supporter care and event stewardship to our Community supporters. This will include managing our community email inbox and dealing with telephone queries in a professional manner. In addition, the Community Executive will be expected to send out engaging thank you letters to our community supporters. The role will also assist the Community Operations Manager in managing the stock for our community fundraising materials.
You will have a background in providing excellent customer/supporter care.
You will also have considerable experience using a customer or supporter database system. We require a person with strong attention to detail, that is well organised, and who has excellent Microsoft Office skills.
