Job description

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Regional Community Fundraising Team, a passionate, hardworking, and close-knit team committed to providing a fantastic supporter experience across a variety of audiences. You will develop and steward long-term relationships from a portfolio of community supporters which includes Community Fundraising Volunteers (groups and individuals), local corporate partners and clubs and societies. You will promote, recruit teams and raise income for our two local company cycling challenges; Tour De Law and Ride Now and deliver exceptional stewardship to our cycling teams.

About you

You will have a knowledge of community fundraising and events and be passionate about building long-lasting and deep relationships with supporters. You easily work on your own initiative and are organised with a strong planning and delivery background. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a go getter attitude you’ll cherish the challenge of increasing income and opportunities from both your existing portfolio of supporters and the new ones you secure.

Although the role is based in our Sheffield office, we are following a blended approach between office and home working with a minimum or two days per week in the office for full-time staff members. However, following recent Government guidance, staff members are currently working from home if they can do so.
