Job description

The role

This role is an integral part of Digital & Strategic Insight team and will be crucial in helping Breast Cancer Now become a more pro-active, insight-led organisation.

As the digital analytics expert for the charity, the post holder will be responsible for conducting day-to-day tracking and analysis of all our marketing channels with digital analytics packages and making recommendations for optimisation.

This role will support wider digital tracking and ecommerce setup, accurately analyse results within Google Analytics and develop digital reporting dashboards.

The post holder will be a champion in training staff on understanding analytics and empowering them to take decisions based on their improved understanding of data and insight.

Reporting to Strategic Digital Analyst, this role will work collaboratively with teams across the organisation.

About you

When it comes to digital analytics, you’re an expert in your field.

You are a motivated and experienced individual in using a variety of digital analytics packages including but not limited to Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook reporting tool, Twitter analytics, YouTube Analytics, and Hotjar.

You are passionate in learning new digital analytics and understanding current emerging digital analytics trends, and sharing those with colleagues.

You are confident in optimising user journeys, products and channels using data and insight, doing split testing and conversion optimisation, and making actionable recommendations.

You have a successful track record of analysis and reporting in multi-channel digital marketing, and managing day-to-day digital analytics needs.

A technical expert, you also have strong communication and interpersonal skills which enable you to communicate succinctly with colleagues, working with them proactively.
