Job description

The role

The Direct Marketing Executive role is a pivotal one within Individual Giving, assisting with the management of direct marketing campaigns of significant scale and generating income both now and for the future.

As part of the team generating £15 million per annum, the successful candidate will be responsible for acquisition and retention communications that talk to thousands of individuals, using their project management skills to effectively ask for money and build relationships with supporters across a wide range of marketing channels and different activities.

With a large range of activity coming up, Individual Giving income is growing strongly, and investment secured for the future, this is an exciting time to join an experienced and effective team.

About you

You will have some experience of working in a similar environment such as fundraising, marketing or customer services, or have experience of project managing your own projects.

A well organised person with excellent communication skills, you will be managing external agencies and in house stakeholders to deliver direct marketing campaigns while reporting on costs and results.

Working across email, online, telemarketing, direct mail and face to face, you will be open to learning about supporter motivations, and how to increase supporter engagement.
