The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a lively, dynamic and driven fundraising Events Team. Over the last decade, Breast Cancer Now has built up a strong events function, with community and events currently accounting for nearly a quarter of the charity’s overall voluntary income.

We are now looking to appoint two Event Executives to play key roles within the team, supporting the delivery of a range of third party events including runs, cycles, swims, triathlons and UK and overseas challenges. Both postholders will lead on the delivery of several events, and will work within the team and across the organisation to ensure the events are a success.

About you

We’re looking for two supportive and collaborative individuals who are passionate about charity fundraising events.

Leading on all areas of events within your care, you will recruit and steward teams of participants to achieve their personal and fundraising goals. You’ll also support the team in delivering high profile events such as TCS London Marathon and Great North Run to maximise our income and profile.

We are a dedicated team with our supporters at the heart of what we do. If you have experience of delivering charity fundraising events, and are looking to develop a rewarding career, this could be the role for you.
