Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive (Maternity Cover)
The role
To provide a comprehensive, efficient and proactive executive support to the chief executive and their office. This includes project support; assisting the chief executive with the drafting of internal and external communications; representing and inputting on behalf of the chief executive where appropriate, and supporting teams to understand the chief executives priorities. The role involves maintaining a cross- organisation view of the business and strategic needs of the organisation – to support the chief executive in the continuous smooth-running of the charity and in their external facing role /profile representing it.
About you
We’re looking for some with exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. Someone who is highly pro-active and has the ability to work with and across a range of internal and external stakeholders and can manage competing priorities and projects at a given time. Someone with experience of providing personal or executive support to a senior leader.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our London office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.
