Job description


The role

You will play a key role in the development and implementation of an organisation-wide strategy for engaging with healthcare professionals involved in the breast cancer pathway, such as breast care nurses, oncologists, radiologists and surgeons. Working across the organisation, you will be responsible for identifying current and new opportunities to engage and work with healthcare professionals, as well as helping to coordinate our healthcare professional engagement activities.

This is an exciting time to join us, with a new organisational strategy in which healthcare professional engagement has been identified as a key driver in helping us deliver our charitable aims.

This role can be based in any of our offices: London, Cardiff, Sheffield or Glasgow.

About you

Are you experienced in working with a variety of healthcare professionals, from front-line NHS staff to national leaders? You will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and manage strong relationships at all levels and highly skilled at working across teams and departments. You will also have experience of strategy development and successful delivery, and effective engagement mechanisms.

Although the role is based in our London, Cardiff, Sheffield or Glasgow office, we are following a blended approach between office and home working with a minimum or two days per week in the office for full-time staff members.
