About the role
This Community Fundraising Products Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed team, helping to shape the direction of our product development and using your innovative skills to make a difference to the lives of people affected by breast cancer.
The role sits within the Central Community Fundraising and Marketing team, focusing on the growth strategy for our Community Fundraising products that contribute to our budget of £3.4M. This involves planning for our exciting mass DIY and £1,000 Challenge programmes, focusing on supporter journeys and remittance. As we have identified this as an area of strategic growth for the organisation, this role will have scope to evolve over time and develop new products. You will be managing a team of two; a Community Fundraising Products Officer and Community Fundraising Products Executive, who support with the design and execution of the supporter journeys, thanking, stewardship and marketing materials to deliver an excellent supporter experience.
We are looking for a friendly, organised and personable individual with a keen interest in product development, strategy and flair for design and marketing of a mass stewardship programme. We welcome candidates with DM and individual giving experience.
You will have experience of developing fundraising products, working closely with in-house marketing teams and providing excellent customer service, with a passion for reaching and engaging new supporters. You will also have good knowledge about community fundraising. The role requires excellent organisation and time management skills, as well as a real interest in developing dynamic teams.
With an understanding of product fundraising, excellent multi-tasking skills, a great attention to detail and a helpful and collaborative manner, this is an excellent opportunity to get into the exciting world of community fundraising.
