This role is pivotal in the provision of a high-quality service to internal stakeholders, both in fundraising as well as other teams across the charity, by being the Data team lead for marketing data selections. The role is the first point of contact for the organisation around the delivery of selections and will also provide support to the Officers in the Data team to enable the efficient delivery of marketing selections for the organisation.
You should be experienced in delivering a broad selections programme and ideally have used Faststats, or an equivalent selections delivery tool, to a high standard in doing so. You need to be confident in communicating complex technical information to a non-technical audience and to have excellent time management to allow you to work on multiple projects concurrently. You need to have experience in leading daily planning of selections for a team of officers and be assured in supporting them to deliver their goals.
