The Senior Direct Marketing Manager – direct debit and cash is responsible for generating income in excess of £4.9 million per year through the acquisition and retention of new and existing direct debit and cash supporters. This role will build and lead activity across multiple media channels such as Face to Face, Telemarketing, Direct mail and Digital.
This is an exciting time to be joining Breast Cancer Now’s Individual Giving team. Despite the obvious challenges that Covid-19 has brought to the fundraising sector, within IG there are still many activities that are generating fantastic results. We have recently relaunched our face to face program and this role is key in the delivery of that, the right candidate will be working with 2 key agencies and leading the relationships and investment delivery. We will also be looking to widen our portfolio of activities, with a heavy focus on digital.
We are looking for an inspiring and passionate Manager who will motivate the team, ensuring they have the skills required to meet if not exceed the income and investment targets required.

You will be an exceptional manager, who will shape and lead on our strategic objectives and delivery of income. The successful candidate will be a talented and experienced direct marketer, who is committed to delivering the best supporter experience possible.
