The Senior Direct Marketing Officer role is an exciting, brand new and influential role within an expanding and innovating Individual Giving team. This role will uniquely have oversight of the Individual Giving supporter journeys and work closely with our agencies to map out our journeys building and implementing new test plans as you go.
As part of the team generating £13 million per annum, the successful candidate will be responsible for keeping a holistic view across all Individual Giving supporters creating monthly reports in partnership with the database team that help the wider team to understand the impact of supporter journeys and cross team activities.
Most excitingly this role will be leading on the planning and implementation for our ambitious legacy stewardship program as well as the organisational stewardship of our service users.

You will have good experience of running direct marketing activity to generate income, working with suppliers and at scale to solicit funds from tens of thousands of supporters.
A well organised person with excellent communication skills, you will be at home managing key external agencies and multiple in house stakeholders to deliver complex, multi-faceted campaigns and supporter journeys while closely monitoring and managing significant expenditure budgets.
You will ideally have experience of interpreting results into meaningful reports and presentations and be an extremely confident communicator.

Although the role is office based, the expectation is that once restrictions are eased we will follow a blended approach between office and home working.
