We are recruiting two permanent Services Development Coordinator roles and one fixed-term Service Development Coordinator role:
Services Development Coordinator, Secondary Breast Cancer - Sheffield, S1 - Permanent (Post one)
As part of a new specialist team reporting to the Services Development Coordinator, Secondary Breast Cancer, you will be responsible for the delivery of both our face-to-face and online services for people with secondary (metastatic) breast cancer across the UK.
This role will allow you to ensure Breast Cancer Now delivers a quality support and information service as well as coordinating service events, liaising with venues and speakers and recruiting, training and working with sessional counsellors; you will also facilitate some of our online services. A key part of the role involves developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to promote our services and increase their reach and uptake. Flexibility to travel and work outside normal office hours, with occasional overnight stays is required.
Services Development Coordinator, North and Midlands - Sheffield, S1 - Fixed term contract for a period of 12 months (Post two)
Services Development Coordinator, London and South East - London EC3N - Permanent (Post three)
The roles (posts two and three)
You will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of our face-to-face and online services for people with primary breast cancer, including coordinating service events, recruiting, training and working with Moving Forward Facilitators and Moving Forward volunteers. A key part of the role involves developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and other external stakeholders to promote our services and increase reach and uptake. Flexibility to travel and work outside normal office hours, with occasional overnight stays is required.
