Job description

The role

This is an exciting time to join our newly formed Here for You Team!

Here for You is a key part of our ‘Turning the Tide’ strategy and we have ambitious plans to expand the service across the UK, so that more people affected by breast cancer can access support that’s right for them.

You will play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of the Here for You personalised referral service. This includes being responsible for day-to-day operations, supporting volunteers and acting as a first point of contact for healthcare professionals.

About you

You will have experience of supporting the delivery of services for people with health and social care needs and coordinating volunteers. You will have excellent organisation, time management and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.

You will be passionate about supporting people affected by breast cancer and helping to expand our reach.

Although the role is based in our Sheffield office, we are following a blended approach between office and home working with a minimum of two days per week in the office for full-time staff members.
